This text is a placeholder structure prepared by the development team. It must be drafted and validated by a lawyer admitted in the Philippines before launch.
  1. Nature of the service. VillaVeri provides software that lets owners, agencies and renters publish listings, communicate and manage rentals. The platform is not a party to leases and is not a licensed real-estate broker.
  2. Advertisers. Advertisers declare that they own the property or are authorised to lease it, and that any brokerage activity complies with Republic Act No. 9646 (RESA) and its rules.
  3. Prohibited content. Fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or discriminatory listings are prohibited and may be removed.
  4. Payments. Rent and deposits are paid directly between tenants and landlords. The platform does not collect or hold rental funds.
  5. Subscriptions. Paid plans, quotas and fees are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
  6. Verification. Badges describe specific checks and are not guarantees.
  7. Liability, suspension, governing law and dispute resolution — to be drafted by counsel.
